The Best of Pressure and Vacuum Forming Technologies.
G.N.
Plastics' robust thermoforming machinery is dependable,
economical to run, easy to use and ensure 100% identically
formed and trimmed parts. Our process combines the best aspects of both pressure forming and vacuum forming technologies: precision and speed at the same time. Our advanced thermoforming machinery design combines
the two critical steps of forming and cutting into one operation,
resulting in excellent clarity, detail and sparkle of the
finished products. Accurate film registration and trimming
on all GN machines make them ideal for pre-printed materials.
The result is ease of operation, an environmentally friendly
manufacturing process and high conversion rates with minimal
waste.
GN
Thermoforming machinery is compact, requiring one- third the floor
space of traditional machines. Our innovative design combines the best of pressureforming and vacuum forming machines, resulting in high output thermoforming machines, producing little waste while remaining efficient and simple to use.
They come fully assembled
and are designed to go from the shipping crate to
production in less than 4 hours. The ease of tooling
setup and machine operation means minimal operator
training is required.
By utilizing both pressure and vacuum forming technologies, GN Thermoforming machinery
produces uniform, high quality plastic packages in
a variety of roll-fed thermoplastic materials, including
OPS, PVC, HIPS, PET, PP and other thermoformable grade
materials.
Research and design excellence
are the cornerstones of G.N. Plastics' advanced technology.
Computer-controlled machining of both machinery
and tooling components guarantees consistent quality.
Final assembly is done by skilled GN technicians, ensuring
that GN's Thermoforming machinery will easily withstand the rigors
of high volume production.
All GN Thermoforming machinery
and every tool goes through rigorous performance testing
and is backed by a full 12- month manufacturer's
warranty.
